Venue Registration

Registration is Closed

Registration normally closes at 7:00 am the day before pieces must be installed at each venue throughout the year.  Since there is a significant amount of work our volunteers must do to prepare for an exhibit within that final day, we need to impose this time limit.

Registration is usually opened on the Monday prior to an exhibit's installation. An email notice will be sent to all Members announcing when Registration has been opened.

Please mark your calendar to ensure you can complete the registration during the period that registration is open. Thank you for your cooperation.
